Lonestar 99.5 had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Randall King about writing with Garth Brooks and much more while he was here in town with Kyle Park on their Dancin' and Drinking Tour at Charley B's in Lubbock.

King shared that he's good friends with the legendary country singer.

"He's a really incredible dude, and I got to sit down and work with him and talk with him and we wrote, we wrote a song that's on his new record, it's already out....it's the opening song to his new tour," King said, referring to Brooks' new opening song, "The Road I'm On."

We also talked about King's newest single, "Mirror, Mirror," the making of that music video, how he can get a little star-struck by big sports players, his thoughts about ghosts, and his funniest childhood Christmas memory.

You'll also want to hear the interview segments below with fellow country singer, Kyle Park. This is the great conversation we had when they stopped into the Lonestar 99.5 studio before their show last Friday night at Charley B's.

It was absolutely terrific having time to talk with them. We can't thank them enough for stopping in and sharing so much of their story. We covered a lot, and then both Kyle Park and Randall King played live in-studio.

Bonus: Full interview in segments below
