This week we have two fairly new acts competeing in the New Music Showdown.  Atteberry Station is a group from Wellington, TX bringing a rockin' country sound.  The guys have influences such as Waylon Jennings, Buddy Holly, Merle Haggard and Lynyrd Skynyrd to name a few.  The song Atteberry Station brings us is the second radio single from the album 'Nights At Spillman Ranch' titled, Shape I'm InIn the other corner we have Matt Caldwell, a newcomer from Neveda, TX that now resides in Nashville.  Matt is on the roster for Troubadour TX which means he's doing something right.  His new single, What Cowboys Do, has been gaining momentum and is expected to debut on the charts next week.  Fun fact about Matt, he is currently on tour with Zane Williams and Josh Grider with that Troubadour TX crew rolling footage of it all.  They will also be here this weekend at Blaine's Pub so don't miss out on that.  All in all we have two great acts with two great songs and only you can decided who wins the New Music Showdown.
