Open Road To Not So Open Fields

The 24th Annual Larry Joe Taylor Texas Music Festival begins today!

The Larry Joe Taylor Texas Music Festival begins today in Stephenville, TX at Melody Mountain Ranch!  Candise Scott and myself made the trek and we are now here, set up and ready to roll.  This is our first time to be here on the first day and we are actually listening to Larry Joe Taylor sound check.  Up next it could be DD, Dave Perez from the Tejas Bros, Radney Foster or even Hayes Carll.  It's a little warm but nothing compared to last year.

If you plan on attending be sure to bring plenty of water to go along with your activities.  There is a emergency staff here just in case you get to hot or anything happens.  When you get here be sure and to look for us, we are in front of the Allsup's stage.  We will be broadcasting live from the festival all week so make sure you tune in for updates and exclusive artist interviews.  One more thing, don't drink and drive!
