Paying Water Bill Online Unavailable Until Monday
City of San Angelo water customers will be unable to pay their monthly municipal services statement online from late this Friday, Jan. 10, through Monday morning, Jan. 13, as the online pay system undergoes a software upgrade.
The system, which can be accessed from the City’s homepage at cosatx.us, will be out of service from approximately 11 p.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Monday.
Customers will still be able to leave payments in the overnight drop box at the Utility Billing/Collections office at 122 W. 1st St. adjacent to City Hall.
The municipal services statement includes charges for water usage, sewer, trash service and stormwater fees.
