Lots of activities and events once again this week. There's a big Food Drive this weekend, Art Walk, Sensory Santa, a Holiday Dinner Theater, Mutt Strut, Rodney Carrington is coming to town, Cactus Market Days, a Toys for Tots cookoff, and more.

Our Townsquare Media 17th Annual Food Drive to benefit Meals for the Elderly will be at the Northside Walmart this Friday and Saturday. Your generous donation of cans or cash will help to feed over 700 seniors and homebound this Holiday Season. Look for us at the Northside Walmart from 7-7 both days.

Enjoy a variety of galleries and art exhibits, restaurants, merchants, museums, library exhibits, music venues, and more with this Thursday's Downtown Art Walk from 5-9 pm. The Art Walk is Sponsored by Downtown San Angelo, Inc., San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts & San Angelo Cultural Affairs Council.  Free Trolley rides stop along the way starting at 5:00 pm. Sensory Santa will be this Saturday at Ft. Concho Officer's Quarters from 9 until 2. This event is designed to meet the needs of families affected by Autism and other sensory challenges. Arts at ASU’s traditional Holiday Dinner Theatre will be the comedy “Expecting Isabel,” which runs Nov.19th-21st in the Modular Theatre, in the Carr Education-Fine Arts Building, 2602 Dena Drive. Show times will be at 8 p.m, with dinner to be served at 6:45 p.m. A matinee performance is scheduled for 2 pm this Sunday with lunch served at 12:45 p.m. For more information, contact the Arts at ASU program at 325-942-2146.

Don't miss Mutt Strut 2015 this Saturday at the Paseo. Enjoy a 1, 2, or 3 mile walk-run for $10 per runner/walker. There will also be a pet fair, pet pageant, and more. The top fundraiser will win a 48 inch flat screen tv. Register on line at muttstrut.conchovalleypaws.org.

The Toys for Tots Cookoff will be at the Icehouse, 2805 N. Chadbourne on Saturday. You can cook & compete in salsa, chili, beans, ribs, and rib eye steak categories. For entry details, call 656-0196. Come on out and cook to help Toys for Tots.
Driving for Diapers is this Saturday at Quicksand Golf Course beginning at 2 pm. Entry fee is a case of diapers for this long drive golf competition. There are 3 divisions...Senior, Open, and Pan Am. Call 658-2771 for more information.
Every 3rd Saturday, which will be the 21st this month, you are invited to enjoy Cactus Market Days from 10 am - 5 pm. The outdoor market will showcase local crafters, designers and artists who will offer a variety of handmade items for sale. The event is being held in the parking lot between the O.C.
