San Angelo always offers fun events and activities on a weekly basis. This week we have an Art Walk, The Boys Ranch is having their annual Ball, There is a Rodeo Junior Clown & Princess contest, a gardening seminar, and more. Check it out here..

This Thursday, January 21st it's another Art Walk downtown from 5:00 - 9:00 PM and features a variety of galleries and art exhibits, restaurants, merchants, museums, library exhibits, music venues, and more. Every Thursday enjoy an afternoon of art making in the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art Education Studio! They always feature clay and watercolor, and every three weeks there are two new art projects to try. Visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. Please allow at least 30 minutes to try all projects.

The West Texas Boys Ranch Ball is this Saturday, Jan. 23rd at the Wells Fargo Paviloion. Enjoy music from Clearwater & Jody Nix, a great dinner, silent auction, and more. Call 949-1936 for more information or go to wtbr.org for tickets and more.

The Rodeo Junior Clown & Princess Contest is being held at Mr. Boots this Saturday, Jan. 23rd. Kids ages 5-9 can participate and entry forms are available at Mr. Boots or at sanangelorodeo.com.

The New Green Thumb Gardener mini seminar will be this Sat., Jan. 23rd at the Southside Recreation Center. You’ll learn about caring for your trees, planting trees, as well as pruning and watering tips for trees. There will be door prizes, refreshments, and more. Admission is $25 per person. The Brian Daniels Family Benefit will be this Sunday, Jan 24th from noon til 7:30 pm at Blaine’s Pub. There’s a 30 gun raffle for $30 per ticket, a great lunch, music, and a live auction. Lunch is $10.00 per person and to go plates will be available. All proceeds benefit Brian’s medical fund. Call Rich at 669-8785 to donate or help sponsor this event.
