Don't miss the 41st annual 'Taste of San Angelo' tonight (Tues, Sept.13th) from 6-9 pm at the 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena. It's a fun evening with great food from many of your favorite restaurants, a huge silent auction, music, and more. It's time for 'The Downtown Stroll' this Thursday, Sept. 15th from 5:00 - 9:00 pm featuring a variety of galleries and art exhibits, restaurants, merchants, museums, library exhibits, music venues and much more. This Saturday, September 17th...help to Strike Out Cancer at Stadium Lanes! Teams of 5 can bowl 3 games in the family or adult division for $150.00 per team. All players get a t-shirt and goody bag. The Greater San Angelo Craft Guild Show 2016 is this Saturday, September 17th from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. & Sunday from Noon-4:00 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Pavilion. Admission is free and there will be hourly door prices. Bring canned goods for Meals for the Elderly. PAWS will also be there for a mobile adoption.

The Veribest Community Ag Boosters will have the Pigs & Putters Golf Tournament this Saturday, September 17th at Quicksand Golf Course. It is a 4 person scramble with the chance to win a 10 thousand dollar hole in one prize, Sharp Flat Screen TV, and a set of Callaway Irons. Every 3rd Saturday, you are invited to join in on the fun of Cactus Market Days. The outdoor market showcase local crafters, designers and artists who offer a variety of handmade items for sale. Vendors leasing space will be subject to a $20 fee with an additional $5 fee for electrical hookup.The monthly arts and crafts fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m this Saturday at 13 E. The St. Therese Annual Festival is this Sunday, Sept. 18th at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Enjoy a homemade sausage German dinnner with their famous potato salad and all of the trimmings from 11-2. The Stripes River Fest 2016 returns to the banks of the Concho River this Friday & Saturday, September 16th & 17th. River Fest’s festivities begin Friday with a concert headlined by Tejano artist AJ Castillo, who performs in both Spanish and English. Stefani Montiel and Los Tejanos will open the show, which begins at 7 p.m at the RiverStage. Gates open at 6 p.m. Saturday brings numerous activities throughout the day & Saturday night... the Randy Rogers Band will be performing at the RiverStage with special guest Kyle Park opening the show. General admission tickets are $20 at roadhousetickets.com.
In the event of inclement weather, the San Angelo Coliseum will accommodate the concerts.
