Each year First Christian Church of San Angelo presents a living nativity scene, complete with live animals, located at the end of the Tour of Lights at the south end of the Farmer's Market Pavilion on Oakes Street. This year, the live nativity scene will be presented December 14th-15th and 21st-23rd from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. each night. A silhouette scene is featured during remaining days in December. Cactus Market Days takes place on the third Saturday of every month. Dozens of Arts and Crafts plus Food Vendors set up in the parking lot at 13 East Twohig, across from the Cactus Hotel. Local crafters sell handmade candles, clocks, dream catchers, bird houses & feeders, jewelry, paintings, crosses, custom knives, wooden novelty items, dolls, pottery, metal art, stained glass and many more items. The Run Rudolph Run will be held this Sunday, December 16th at 5:30 p.m. This is a free, non-competitive run/walk open to all. Join Santa and Mrs. Claus in walking or running the 2.5 miles through the Tour of Lights. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. For more information, call 653-3333.

Be sure to take your friends and family through the 'Christmas Tour Of Lights'  through Dec. 31st! Enjoy the 2.5 mile drive along the banks of the Concho River featuring over 3 million lights. Hours are Sunday-Thursday: 6pm-10pm, Friday & Saturday: 6pm-Midnight. The Tour of Lights encompasses animated scenes depicting the The 12 Days of Christmas, a Toy Factory, a Gingerbread House, an elaborate nativity scene, a National Patriotism Flag, Santa Claus and much, much more. Cars enter at Bryant Blvd and Abe Street (the street north of the Main Post Office). A donation of $5 per vehicle is suggested.

Take the family and visit Santa at Sunset Mall. His new home is in the center court near Chick-fil-A and available for visits through Dec.18th.

Open the doors to a winter wonderland of holiday decorations at the Historic Railway Depot open 6:00-9:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays through December 30th. Be sure to visit with Santa while you're there. For more information, call 486-2140.
