Get ready for the time of your life this Halloween at The Deadhorse with their annual Halloween Bash. Put on your sexiest, scariest, weirdest, most twisted costume and compete for $1000 in cold hard cash! The party is this Saturday, Oct. 29th, at 8pm and runs throughout the night. There is even live music from Mob Justice and it’s all hosted by David Ruiz. Enjoy great drink specials and NO COVER!!
The American Cancer Society's Bark for Life is this Saturday, Oct. 29th from 9-Noon at Unidad Park. Bring your dog or dogs out for a Big Bark 5K, Canine Parade, photo booth, agility course, pet tricks & treats, costume contest and more. Fort Concho is featuring Halloween Night Tours tonight (Monday, October 24th) and Tuesday the 25th. Experience history in a new light as Fort Concho offers special night tours of the site. These tours will show the fort and some interiors in the evening darkness. Guides will share a few stories about the post and note some of the soldiers and civilians who have died at Fort Concho. The 2nd Annual Dia De Los Muertos: Art After Dark is this Thursday, October 27th from 6 - 9 pm at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, 1 Love Street. This is a free event! There is a traditional dress up contest, Ballet Folklorico, parade, live music, art galleries, ASU photography exhibit, food trucks plus so much more. The San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo's Cinch Roping Fiesta is being held this Friday, Oct. 28th -Sunday, the 30th with plenty of roping action all three days in the 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena. We kick off this year's Toys for Tots fundraisers with our big Drive Through and Donate event this Wednesday from 3-7 in our Townsquare Media parking lot. Marines will be in our parking lot across from Denny's on Bryant and scattered all the way down to the Ave L intersection taking your generous donations benefiting Toys for Tots. When you see a Marine, donate to Toys for Tots.
This Saturday, October 29th Sunset Mall and Concho Valley PAWS invite you to the annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest at 1 pm. Registration is $10 and will benefit Concho Valley Paws. The '2016 Benching for Boobies' competition is taking place this Saturday, Oct. 29th at the Bar Athletic Club located at 2110 W. Beauregard benefiting the American Cancer Society. Weigh ins start at 8 am and competition begins at 10. This fundraiser event attracts men and women weightlifters from San Angelo and the surrounding area with its fun, competitive spirit. The Goodfellow Air Force Base Fall Festival is this Saturday, October 29th from 9 am - 2 pm at the San Angelo VFW, 125 S.
