The April Wilson Benefit is this Sunday, May 1st from noon til 9 at Blaine's Pub. There will be live bands, live & silent auctions, and raffle tickets for guns, coolers, grills, and knives. Lunch plates are $10 per plate and to go plates will be available. To donate items or purchase tickets, call Rich at 669-8785. All proceeds benefit April's medical fund.

The People Plant Connection's Talk & Tour Series features the Desert Gardens at Cactus Town this Saturday, April 30th. Refreshments are available and you need to RSVP to 656-3104. Cost is $25 for the tour.

Enjoy Uncorked & Untapped this Thursday, April 28th from 6:30 - 9:30 pm at The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, One love St. Local chefs will pair their culinary creations with fine wine and craft beer. You are invited to enjoy all of the activities of Fort Concho Frontier Day this Saturday, April 30th from 7 am til noon. Come celebrate the region's agricultural and ranching heritage with special displays, exhibits, living history, Lions Club Pancake Breakfast, 1800's Baseball, plus booths for vendors and children's activities.
