St. Mary's is having their annual music festival this Saturday, July 28th at the 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena from 5 pm - Midnight. Sunset Mall is having their annual Back-to-School Fashion Show from 2-2:30 p.m. this Saturday, July 28, in the Bealls court. Local models will showcase styles from numerous stores including Barbed Wire & Roses, Bealls, The Buckle, Dillard's, JCPenney, & Pro Image Sports among others. Door prizes will be given out. San Angelo's Animal Shelter is hosting a microchipping clinic for pets this Saturday, July 28th from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at Tractor Supply, 2701 Southwest Blvd. The cost is $13 per animal. City ordinance requires that all dogs and cats older than 4 months must be microchipped. This helps animal control officers reunite lost pets with their owners.

The Concho Valley Farmers Market is open for business every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday offering fresh Fruits, vegetables and plants from 7 a.m. until they sell out (usually by noon). This Saturday, the 21st the Market is having a Melon Fest featuring cantaloupes plus red and yellow meat watermelons from 7 a.m. until noon. The sellers come from a 75-mile radius around San Angelo and you'll find them at The Farmers Market Pavilion located at 609 S. Oakes St. For more information, call 245-3338.
