The tenth annual Tee Off for Ta-Tas golf tournament is Monday, Sept. 23rd at San Angelo Country Club. All proceeds from the four person scramble will benefit patient programs at the Shannon Oncology Center. The 2019 LilyFest will be held from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm this Sat, Sept 21st at San Angelo's International Water Lily Garden. There will be tours, seminars, a plant sale, food and entertainment on site as well. You will see more waterlilies on display in San Angelo than at any other Botanical Garden anywhere in the USA.

Celebrate National Museum Day this Sat, Sept 21st. Sponsored by Smithsonian Magazine, this event will see thousands of museums open all day across the nation at no charge. San Angelo is fortunate to have five museums and all five will participate. Enjoy free admission on Saturday to: the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, Fort Concho National Historic Landmark, the Railway Museum of San Angelo, Miss Hattie’s Bordello Museum and San Angelo's Nature Center.

Enjoy an afternoon of art making at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts every Thursday from 3-6 pm in the Education Studio. They always feature fun with clay and watercolors, and every three weeks there are two new art projects to try. Admission is free and visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 3 and 6.

The Greater San Angelo Colors of Autumn Craft Fair is this Sat, Sept 21st at the First Financial Pavilion from 9 am - 5 pm. Local artists and vendors will have handmade items out for display and purchase. This is a great opportunity to get those unique fall decorations for your home. Also find wonderful gifts for friends and family. The Concho Valley Farmers Market’s thrice-weekly produce sales begin at 7 am each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday under the pavilion at 609 S. Oakes St. across from Fort Concho.
