Travis Tritt will be the first in a planned “Legends of Country” series that will see a different country star perform in San Angelo periodically. Every Thursday enjoy an afternoon of art making in the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art Education Studio! Art Thursdays always features clay and watercolor, and every three weeks there are two new art projects to try. Family Day at SAMFA is this Saturday, January 14th at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, 1 Love Street from 10 am - 3 pm. Admission is free. The San Angelo Rodeo Junior Clown & Princess Contest is being held at Mr. Boots this Saturday, Jan. 14th. Kids ages 5-9 are encouraged to participate. Entry forms are available now at sanangelorodeo.com or at Mr. Boots. There's no entry fee and all kids must be entered by 10:15 am the day of the event.
