The Downtown Stroll is coming up once again this Thurs., Nov. 17th from 5-9 pm. Enjoy a variety of galleries and art exhibits, restaurants, merchants, museums, library exhibits, music venues, and more. Goodfellow's Community Appreciation Day & Santa's Market is this Sat., Nov. 19th. The public is invited to Goodfellow Airforce Base to get a first hand look at Goodfellow's missions, operations and enjoy military demonstrations and displays. You can also get a head start on holiday shopping at the annual Santa's Market which will include over 100 vendors. The 18th Annual Townsquare Media Food Drive is this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18th & 19th at Market Street, Sunset Drive & College Hills. We will be there from 7am - 7 pm both days asking for your generous donation of non-perishable food or cash to help Meals for the Elderly feed over 700 seniors and homebound each day in the Concho Valley.

The Toys for Tots Motorcycle Reindeer Run will be this Saturday, Nov. 19th at the VFW Post at 125 South Browning. Entry fee is a new, unwrapped toy or $10.00. The Empty Bowls Soup & Bread Lunch will be at the Cactus Hotel this Thursday, Nov. 17th from 11-1:30. Enjoy delicious soup and bread, door prizes, and you get to take home a handcrafted pottery bowl for $25.00 per person. Proceeds benefit the Wesley Trinity Daily Bread Soup Kitchen. Every 3rd Saturday it's time for Cactus Market Days. This Saturday, the outdoor market will showcase local crafters, designers and artists who offer a variety of handmade items for sale. Vendors leasing space is available for a $20 fee with an additional $5 fee if electrical hookups are needed.The monthly arts and crafts fair is held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 13 E. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts presents the 'Play It Again' Concert Series this Sunday from 2-4 pm at One Love Street. Enjoy popular big band and jazz music with the West Texas Jazz Orchestra which is made up of area high school and junior high band directors, Angelo State University music professors and other musicians.
