Steve Helms Plays San Angelo Saturday Night!

I caught up with Steve Helms on the 'Kickin' Wake-Up Call' this morning to talk about his show at the Little River Club Saturday night.

Steve is a strong entertainer who has been on the Texas Music Scene since his first self titled album in 2008.

He now has four albums to date, the latest of which is 'Ridin' My Thumb to Mexico'. His latest single from it is called 'Apartment' which is climbing the Texas music charts now.

Steve has a string of hit Texas singles like: 'Nowhere But Texas', 'Chasing Amy', 'What's It Gonna Take', and 'Talking About the Weather' just to name a few.

We talked about his touring schedule which includes some pretty cool upcoming dates like performing on 'The Texas Red Dirt Radio Show' in Fort Worth, a program which we air on Kickin' Country 103.1.

He is also playing the Texas Motorplex Speedway in Ennis, Rahr Brewery in Ft. Worth, an upcoming show in Alvarado with Marty Stuart and Tommy Alverson, plus numerous dates all around Texas and surrounding states.
