Friday night was a good time at Midnight Rodeo with Jon Wolfe on stage!

I had the pleasure of interviewing Hal Ketchum on the "Kickin' Country Wake Up Call" this morning.

Be ready for a great show this Saturday night as Mark McKinney takes the stage at Wise Guys on Oakes Street. Mark's 6th and  latest album is called "Standing My Ground" which has produced four top singles already..."She Ain't Leavin", Stolen Cash", "Lonely Bones", and "Maybe We Should".

Since forming in 2006 around the Fort Worth Stockyards, the Tejas Brothers have released three successful albums and are considered by many to be one of the best live acts in Texas.

Blaine's Pub has a great show for you this Friday night as the Prophets and Outlaws come to town!

The Randy Rogers Band is having their 6th annual "For the Sake of the Shot" charity golf tournament & 19th Hold Jam benefiting Amber's Angels on Monday, October 6th.

It was a fun full day of activities at the Miles Cotton Fest  this Saturday.  The Rankin Twins (above) got the music started on Saturday night. And of course there was plenty of Bar-B-Q to go around during the day. Folks got to see the sights around Miles during the all-day festival before the crowd was entertained with live music...

Have you ever received a buyback from a bartender?  Have you ever heard of a buyback?  Me neither until I read this Yahoo! article.  A "buyback" is a free drink a bartender will give you after you've bought a couple of drinks.  In my time here in San Angelo, I've never gotten one...
