The Biggest House in Texas Was Once Owned By Deion Sanders

Deion Sanders aka "Neon Deion" or "Prime Time" is an incredible athlete. Sanders is the only one to have ever competed in both the Super Bowl and the World Series. So is it no wonder that an incredible athlete like neon Deion would have owned the biggest home in Texas.
It's true, and it's been said that when Neon Deion was in front of the camera he was bigger than life, and so was his home (over 29,000 square feet of heated and cooled living space), located at 1280 N Preston Road in Prosper, Texas which is located just 45-minutes north of Dallas.

Deion Sanders played for some big-name teams like the Dallas Cowboys, the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, the Washington Redskins, and the Baltimore Ravens. He also played for the New York Yankees and the Atlanta Braves where he participated in the World Series.
So this bigger-than-life athlete has a bigger-than-life house sitting on 6 acres of land and also includes a 10-acre lake in the very exclusive gated community known as "The Montclair." When you walk in you will experience the breathtaking high ceilings, imported marble floors, winding staircases, mirrors everywhere, and the architecture.
It even has its own personal barbershop, a separate housekeeper's quarters, and three pools
The home dubbed Chateau Montclair has 9 spacious bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, three half baths, a bowling alley, an indoor basketball court, an in-home fitness center, a movie theater, 3 swimming pools (indoors and out), a 3,000 square foot master bedroom, a housekeeper's quarters, a personal barber shop, and so much more, as you will see in the attached photos.
Welcome to Neon Deion Sanders' Primetime Chateau Montclair. A home that was once owned by a Hall of Famer in the NFL. The home is off the market and was once listed on Trulia and the source for the photos above.
The videos below share a little more of the majesty and magnificence views of Deion's “Chateau Montclair.” Prior to the last sale of the home, it was on 114 acres. Today it's only on 16 acres including the 10-acre lake.
