The Houston Rodeo Musical Lineup is Set for 2017

A couple of days ago, I posted the Music Entertainment for Austin's Rodeo this year. Let me now offer up The 2017 Houston Rodeo lineup of music entertainers for you...

The Houston Rodeo concert series will be at NRG Stadium.

More than half of the performers will be first timers at the Houston Rodeo including Aaron Watson, Chris Stapleton, Sam Hunt, and Thomas Rhett. A few artist will be returning like Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, and Luke Bryan.

Jackson’s performance will mark his 23rd Rodeo Houston gig, with Paisley’s being his 11th, while Luke Bryan and ZZ Top will make their sixth appearances.

It’s been more than ten years since Willie Nelson last played the Houston Rodeo and he will be there this year.

Other artists slated to perform during the series include Alicia Keys, Blink-182, Dierks Bentley, and Chris Young. The 2017 lineup features 14 country acts, four pop performers, two norteño acts and one R&B act.
