Wade Bowen’s 19th Annual Bowen MusicFest and Golf Classic held this past weekend raised a lot of money!...

This year's MusicFest & Golf Classic raised over $500,000.00 for his namesake non-profit foundation – The Bowen Family Foundation. That is fantastic!!

Wade posted the following on Twitter....'You broke records supporting Bowen Family Foundation's mission of helping families and children in need in #waco. 1/2 a mil! #hellyeahboy!'

Sunday, June 4th, over 5,500 music fans came out to Indian Spring Park in downtown Waco and were entertained by over 20 great bands and artists.

Talk about a great lineup! Some of the artist who performed were: The Charlie Daniels Band, Kip Moore, Shinyribs, Flatland Cavalry, Randy Rogers, Stoney LaRue, Cody Canada, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager, Willy Braun, Keith Gattis, Dalton Domino, Jamie Lin Wilson, Austin Allsup, Mike Ryan, William Clark Green, Holly Tucker, Doug Moreland and more. The live music went on for over 10 hours.

The Bowen Family Foundation believes that music heals and its focus is on healing children and families in the Waco, Texas area. They seek out and support the most impactful and effective ways to connect children and families with love, support, resources and opportunities to help get them on a path to a better life.

Way to go Wade! That money will help many people in a lot of ways!
