We spoke to Case Worker Mike Childress this morning about the West Texas Boys Ranch and what goes on at the Ranch in everyday life. I even learned some things about the Boys Ranch that I didn't know. First let me say that Mike has been with the WTBR for 5 years and anyone can tell he is passionate about his job and loves seeing the young men succeed and meet their goals while at the ranch. Mike talked to us about the application process and how boys are selected for the program, what the boys do during the summer days on the ranch, where they attend school and the activities they are involved in during the school year.
