Willie Nelson To Be Honored On The Wall

I think it is great anytime someone like Willie Nelson is honored for their accomplishments and Austin is honoring one of their heroes with a new mural going up in Downtown Austin 

The mural will be located near 7th and Neches Streets as a tribute to Willie Nelson.

It is being painted by local musician and artist Wiley Ross and so far, Ross says the mural has been well received. A lot of people have been driving by taking pictures. It's been an overwhelmingly positive response according to Ross.

Willie Nelson's latest album was just released last week. "Summertime: Willie Nelson Sings Gershwin" and is on sale now.
