Woman Helps Dallas Police Capture High Speed Chase Suspect

A man who lead Dallas Police on a high speed chase never thought the chase would end up the way it did.  He ended up slapped around by local citizens before the police get to him. The whole episode was caught by a KXAS-TV helicopter.
