Isbell's 2015 'Something More Than Free' album won a Grammy for Best Americana Album and topped the Billboard charts for rock, folk and country.

You may remember that we posted a story last month where Isbell released a teaser video showing the band as  appearing to be in the studio. Well now we know!

While you are waiting on 'The Nashville Sound' coming in June... why don't you pick up a copy of  a live album they recorded at Nashville’s famous Welcome To 1979 studio that will be available on April 22nd. The album is titled 'Live From Welcome To 1979' and features numerous covers from artist that influenced Isbell such as Bruce Springsteen, John Prine and The Rolling Stones among others.
