The Chicken Farm Art Center is such a fun place to visit and they are gearing up for another Weekend of fun, food, art, music and more this Friday and Saturday, June 3rd and 4th.

As they do every first Friday and Saturday of each month, The Chicken Farm Art Center offers its Concert in the Yard on Friday, before the1st Saturday celebration. The Concert in the Yard this month is June 3rd from 6:00-9PM. You will be entertained by numerous  Professional Singer/Songwriters throughout the evening and you will hear quite a variety of music in various genres. Expect some folk music, Americana, Western, jazz, pop, rock, Texas/Red dirt and more.  Admission is free but an entertainer hat will be passed. It's a very relaxed atmosphere in a shady outdoor sundown setting and you are invited to bring picnic baskets and lawn chairs.

Be sure to come back the next day and enjoy the Chicken Farm Art Center as they present their First Saturday of the month celebration with lots of shopping opportunities throughout from 10 am - 5 pm. The Chicken Farm is a great place where numerous artists come together from San Angelo as well as around Texas to sell their artworks, crafts, and goods. You'll also enjoy live music  with The Chicken Pickers and sometimes other local musicians as well.

The Chicken Farm Art Center is celebrating their 50th anniversary this year in celebrating their long running tradition of Sharing the Art Spirit with events, art contests, classes and all the fun and special things they offer and they would love for you to come out and enjoy the festivities this Friday and Saturday.
