Cody Johnson Plays Houston Rodeo This Wed. March 8th

It is a true honor to be invited to play the Houston Rodeo. They have always been known to bring in the best performers in the music business. Therefore I am sure that Cody Johnson is excited to be performing there this Wednesday Night, March 8th.

Cody Johnson will step in for Old Dominion’s performance at the rodeo following the band’s announcement that an immediate family member died.

Monday, Old Dominion announced the news on Facebook saying....“Dear fans and friends,We have sad news to share. We’ve suffered a great loss in the Old Dominion family. One of our immediate family members has unexpectedly passed. We thank you in advance for your prayers and your patience as we sort out the coming days. More details will be shared soon.”

I know that Cody would much rather his debut performance at the Houston Rodeo be under different circumstances, but it is certainly a great opportunity for him and he is definately deserving of it.

The Houston Stock Show and Rodeo starts today, March 7th and runs through March 28th.
