Jason Isbell Tops This Week’s Americana Chart

Jason Isbell landed the top spot for the 3rd week in a row on the Americana Music Chart this week. Jason's album Something More Than Free which was produced by renowned producer Dave Cobb gained the top spot with 638 spins on Americana radio this week.

Isbell was followed by Patty Griffin's new album Servant Of Love which earned 498 spins. 3rd on the chart this week were the brothers Dave Alvin and Phil Alvin. Their latest album Lost Time garnered 451 spins from Americana radio. Number 4 on the chart was Mineola, Texas native Kacey Musgraves. Her album Pageant Material received 430 spins. And rounding out the top 5 was Joe Ely's Panhandle Rambler. The 'Panhandle Rambler' from Amarillo moved up 8 spots from 13th to 5th with 363 Americana radio spins.
