San Angelo's Railway Days Festival Is Saturday

San Angelo's Railway Museum is hosting their first ever Railway Days Festival this Saturday, May 15th from 10 am - 4 pm with lots of fun for everyone!

Come hungry and enjoy a variety of food booths. There will be plenty of booths for shopping as well.

You and your family will also be entertained with plenty of live music and events all day including: Wrather Rhodes, the Concho Cowboy Company having a shootout at High Noon, plus more entertainment with Manny Campos and Billy Dan Langley. The Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue will also be there with some of their donkey's on hand.

You can even take their Living History Tours and find out so many things you probably don't know about the Railway Station. As an example, did you know that the Railway Depot was built way back in 1910? The Living History Tours will take on a very special realistic feeling as volunteers will be dressed in costume reflecting the dress and history of it's 1910 beginning.

Also take note that as an added bonus, Saturday just happens to be Goodfellow Appreciation Day so Living History tours are free for all members of our military.

All events outside are free and the Living History Tours are almost free ranging in admission from three to five dollars.

The Railway Museum is a nonprofit organization and they depend on admissions and donations to keep it maintained and open to the public for fun events.
