The Concho Christmas Tour of Lights continues continues through this Saturday, December 31st. Pack everyone in the car and drive the 2.5 miles along the banks of the Concho River through the 'Tour of Lights.' Enjoy over 3 million lights in a number of Holiday displays. The Tour begins at 1st Street & Abe (just north of the Post Office). A donation of $5 per vehicle may be made as you start the tour.

Every Saturday at 2 pm North Branch Library, located at 3001 N. Chadbourne Street host Children's Storytime & Crafts at the Library. Have fun with a different craft each week! Admission is free.

This will be the last weekend to enjoy Christmas at the Santa Fe Depot from 6-9 this Friday, Dec. 30th. Santa will be at the Depot during the show so children of all ages can talk to him & his helpers plus get their pictures taken. The show features a special Christmas story for children at 7 PM. Also a Christmas Craft room will be open so children can make special Christmas decorations and gifts. Call 486-2140 for more information.

The City of San Angelo is offering 2 sites to recycle non-artificial Christmas trees. From now through Saturday, Jan. 7th, you can drop your tree off at the SAFE Recycling Center or at the Coliseum. Your tree must have all decorations and ornaments removed to prevent damage to the chippers.

Every Thursday you and your family are invited to enjoy Art Thursday at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art Education Studio! It's an afternoon of art making that features clay and watercolor, plus every three weeks there are two new art projects to try. Visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. Please allow at least 30 minutes to try all projects. For more information, call 325-653-3333.
