Every Thursday you and your family are invited to enjoy an afternoon of art making in the San Angelo Museum of Fine Art Education Studio! They always feature clay and watercolor, and every three weeks there are two new art projects to try. Visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. Please allow at least 30 minutes to try all projects.

You are invited to join St. Margaret of Scotland Parish for their annual Lenten Fish Fry this Friday, Feb. 26th! Dinner will be served from 5-8 pm every Friday through March 18th. The cost is $10 for adult dinners including dessert and a drink. Children's plates are $5. Active Duty Military $8. Dine in or carry out. Proceeds benefit the Parish. St. Margaret's is located at 2619 Era St, San Angelo.

The Girl Scout Cookie campaign is about to end this Friday, Feb. 26th. Get yours through any girl scout or by calling the Girl Scout office at 655-8961.

This Saturday, February 27th at 6 pm the San Angelo Cultural Affairs Council presents their 24th Annual Gourmet Wine & Food Festival and Dinner featuring Three Time James Beard Journalism Award Winner Robb Walsh. Robb has written more than a dozen cookbooks showcasing Texas cooking, created Foodways Texas, an organization dedicated to preserving the history of the Texas food culture, operated a restaurant in Houston and served as a food writer/critic for many publications. Robb will be partnering with Chef Daniel Friedrich to present a menu inspired by his travels across Texas. Each course will be paired with fine wines. For more information, call 325-653-6793.

You can help with the Firemen's Memorial Community Mosaic this Friday, February 26th through Sunday, February 28th at The Studio at 710 S. Irving. All adults are invited to help finish out a vintage fire truck that will be a permanent sculpture in the Firefighter's Memorial Park. Enjoy live music, Wine, and lots of fun. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is pleased to announce the opening of two new exhibits: A Voyage across Cultures: The Enduring Fascination of Chinese Export Porcelain and BIG: Large-scale Works from SAMFA's Collections. These Exhibitions are on display through March 27th.
