It's true. I am a long time fan-girl of the Texas-Red Dirt Music scene. As such I can personally say how much I LOVE and appreciate when artists let us in to their lives and careers through their social media accounts. As opposed to just Tweeting to remind us when and where they can buy their merch and tickets.

Ray Wylie Hubbard has been on the music scene since the 60's and the man continues to write, record, and tour as much as ever. As a matter of fact, he just released yet another new album today entitled 'The Ruffian's Misfortune'.
Today, Ray Wylie Hubbard and his beautiful wife, Judy, posted the chords on YouTube to one of his biggest songs. I can't find the original post on Facebook, but from what I recall, a kid sent Hubbard an email asking if the legendary singer/songwriter would share, with him, the chords to Snake Farm. Mr. "Screw You We're from Texas," did him one better.
The Dirty River Boys are great. Their Music is great, and they are a great group of dudes. But the greatest thing about these boys from El Paso, is how greatly they believe in themselves. Well, that and the fact their belief isn't misplaced.
