Okay, it's not final yet but there is a petition going around to keep Chick-Fil-A on Angelo State University campus.  Personally I thought the boycott was over.

I was invited to join a group on Facebook today to prevent the closing of Chick-Fil-A on the Angelo State University campus which I think is absurd.  First of all I am not nor have I ever been a student at ASU but I think removing Chick-Fil-A would not be a wise move on the part of the school.  I feel this way simply on my belief that Chick-Fil-A makes the best chicken sandwich in the world.

Most of us have heard over and over again how Chick-Fil-A made public their opinions on homosexuality, as if we didn't know how the Christian based and ran company would view it this almost caused World War III.  Okay, maybe not WWIII but it got out of hand.  This topic has been quiet for about a month, until now.  I received an invite from the group 'Don't close down Chick-Fil-A! - Angelo State'. Curious, I investigated as to what exactly was going on here and these are the findings.

'Some of the Faculty of ASU have started a petition to get the Chick-Fil-A in the Houston Harte University Center closed down. Please help us to prevent the loss of the finest eating establishment on the ASU campus.'

If you shut them down for their beliefs isn't that discriminating too?  Is a school getting involved in a could be religious debate be considered tampering with the separation of church and state?  After all, it's just a chicken joint.  However you feel about this topic just remember, Keep Calm and Chive On.
