How You Can Donate to D.E.S.K. – Help San Angelo Students Start the Year Off Right

We at Townsquare Media San Angelo are proud to sponsor D.E.S.K. San Angelo's Donate Educational Supplies to Kids Program. You can donate to this incredible program during Tax Free Weekend, August 7th -9th.

D.E.S.K. volunteers will be stationed at the entrances of both San Angelo Walmart's from 10AM to 6PM every day during Tax Free Weekend. That means you have 3 days, August 7th, 8th, and 9th, to donate. When you stop by you can either simply donate cash, or the volunteers will have a list of needed supplies that you can donate instead.

There are some San Angelo families who cannot afford all the school supplies needed to have a successful school year, and your donation will give these kids a chance to be successful this school year. Donations benefit all grade level children in the San Angelo Independent School District.

If you are unable to make the Tax Free Weekend locations, Angelo Back and Rehab have the perfect opportunity as well. Their Patient Appreciate Week runs from August 10th to 14th. During that week, all new patients can receive x-rays, an exam, case history, and a report of the findings with a doctor consultation for $20.00 or $20.00 worth of new school supplies. On August 12th, all current patients can receive an adjustment for a $20.00 donation or $20.00 worth of new school supplies. All proceeds will be given to the D.E.S.K. Program.
