Country music singer-songwriter, and founder of the 12th Annual Outlaws & Legends Music Festival, Mark Powell, just announced who will perform at this year's benefit fundraising music festival. This year's big surprise is the return of country music legend Willie Nelson.

The 2023 Outlaws and Legends promises to be bigger than ever before with over 15 top-name artists in both mainstream country and the Texas Red Dirt music formats. One band that will be performing has been performing for almost as long as Willie. That band is Exile who had a Top-40 rock-n-roll hit with a song titled "I Want To Kiss You All Over" in 1978.

The Outlaws and Legends Music Festival is a benefit fundraiser for the Ben Ritchey Boys Ranch. When Mark Powell announced the lineup for this year, he said "all the funds raised from this year's Outlaws and Legends Music Festival will benefit the Boys Ranch directly." Outlaws and legends will be held at Mark Powell's personal home/ranch The Back Porch of Texas which is located just outside of Abilene.

This year's festival lineup will include Willie Nelson, Carly Pearce, Exile, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager, Stoney LaRue, Gary P Nunn, Cody Canada and the Departed, Dale Watson and his Lonestars, Jamie Richards, Mickey, and the Motorcars, William Beckman, Tanner Ussery, Kinn Faux, Landon Talley, and of course Mark Powell.

Mark Powell went on to say that "the additions to the Festival this year include a new 3-level sound booth, a “Crazy Cantina” inside the festival grounds to provide alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and several food trucks backstage for our VIP patrons." Source: Mark Powell press release
