ASU Ram Jam featuring the Josh Abbott Band is this Thursday, August 31st from 10 am-10 pm at the LeGrand Alumni and Visitors Center. Tailgating is free and open to alumni, students, and the community, but tailgating spots must be reserved in advance. Your RAM JAM DAY SCHEDULE is as follows:
10:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. - Parking lot open for tailgate setup
3:30-5:00 p.m. - Live performance by Josh Abbott Band
3:30-5:30 p.m. - Food, Activities, and Giveaways
6:00-10:00 p.m. - The big football game - Angelo State vs. McKendree. For more information, call 942-2062.

San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo presents the Nation's biggest Boer Goat Sale this Friday - Sunday, Sept 1st - 3rd at the Auto Wrangler Sale Pavilion. This is their big annual Labor Day Weekend Sale. For more information, call 653-7785.

The 1st Saturday of every month The Chicken Farm Art Center of San Angelo hosts a monthly celebration of art, music and community from 10 am - 5 pm! You're invited to take part in the celebration this Saturday, Sept. 2nd. There will be artist & vendors with great works and gift ideas, a live music circle hosted by The Chicken Pickers, delicious food, clay for the kids to play, and more. The Concho Valley Farmers Market continues every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday under the pavilion at 609 S. Oakes St. across from Fort Concho. Buy locally grown seasonal fruits, vegetables and plants from vendors who come from a 75-mile radius around San Angelo. Hours are from 7 am until they sell out (typically by noon).
