Here is a video from a witness that lives in the apartment complex that was willing to share his account of what happened.

Here is a copy of the press release that Angelo State University has released to its students with some of the details that are availble at this time:

"SAPD are confirming one shooting victim. One suspect involved is in custody. Witnesses believe a second personmay have been involved. The second suspect is described as an Hispanic male wearing a black cutoff t-shirt over a white t-shirt. This male was last seen walking north (away from the campus). Again, second possible suspect was seen walking away from the direction of the campus.

If you should see anyone matching that description, DO NOT APPROACH...immediately call 911. SAPD and UPD officers are on scene of shooting. PLEASE AVOID THIS AREA.

At this time, there is no evidence this incident poses a threat to the campus. Additional updates will be provided as they become available."
