Whiskey Myers has always made great strides on the Texas Music Scene. Their 2014 album, 'Early Morning Shakes' had great success. They now have a new album about to be released called 'Mud'.

Whiskey Myers has been making great music for 9 years now, and you can bet that this highly anticipated new album will be loaded with their southern rockin' country blend of great music!

For the past few months, Whiskey Myers was on the road as a supporting act for the Carnival of Madness tour, which featured hard rock heavyweights Shinedown, Halestorm and Black Stone Cherry. It brought the band’s sound to a whole new and very large audience.

The group once again got Dave Cobb to produce their new album. Cobb has seen a lot of success in producing for Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell, and numerous other artist.

The record does offer some new sounds for this band like the Muscle Shoals horn section on the lead single “Lightning Bugs and Rain”. The album also features a co-write with one of Cannon’s heroes...Black Crowes writer and guitarist Rich Robinson on a song called “Frogman.”

The record offers quite a variety of music, from heavy riffs to great thought -provoking country tracks like 'Stone'.
